Shop Floor — $1,900 one-time ★
Everything in Harbour Card, plus real business email at your own domain — you@yourshop.ca. This is a key to our own email software running on our own servers, not rented Google or Microsoft seats. I set up the server and the software; you run your addresses from your phone or computer. No per-seat rent creeping up on you every year.
What's an email key? Your addresses, our software, your control. If you leave, your mail exports with you. We do not resell Google or Microsoft seats.

Complete — $2,800 one-time
Everything in Shop Floor, plus an Apple companion app for your shop — your site, in your customers' pocket. Suits shops with regulars: takeout, salons, booking-driven trades.
No 50% deposits.
Kickoff is the one-time setup for your package, plus your first and last month of care up front. That's it. The first-and-last works like a rental — it means neither of us is chasing the other, and your last month is already covered the day you ever decide to stop.

Why month-to-month costs more: partial months and plan changes get prorated at the full monthly rate, and short arrangements carry more admin. Annual is the honest deal; month-to-month is there if you want it, priced at what it actually costs. You'll never find a different number in the fine print because there isn't any fine print.
If you ever stop paying
You get a notice with a real runway, then a grace period, then the site goes quietly offline — and you get an export of everything: files, mail, domain. No collections agency, no letters, no held-hostage domain. Your shop's stuff is your shop's stuff.
Payment is set up at your kitchen table during kickoff. No live checkout on this site.
